Natalie leverages her diverse insight into the patient and provider perspective to ensure that the Pharmacy operations, staff and systems development, and standard operating procedures position the Pharmacy to optimize performance in quality, value, service and technology, all while ensuring compliance to federal and state regulations.

In her current role, Lauren is responsible for the commercialization and oversight of Patient Support/Field Reimbursement strategy and operations for Zealand’s portfolio of pharmaceutical and medical device products.  Lauren has been in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry for 20 years, where she spent her first 15 years with medical communications and Hub services vendors supporting a range of products and disease states before changing her focus to patient support at small-midsize biotech companies.
